What to expect shipping UPS - UPS policies We want to help make shipping your package easy and affordable with the fastest delivery possible. At the bottom of this page you will find helpful links to www.ups.com that explain some of our policies and procedures for shipping. Holiday closures. We do not ship on the dates below and UPS may not be delivering on these dates. Please plan ahead to avoid late deliveries, our following closed dates for 2009 are as follows
PLEASE NOTE: UPS DO NOT CONSIDER WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS as a transit day or a shipping day. Please plan accordingly when ordering your items! UPS does not reimburse late shipments due to weather conditions , bad addresses provided by customers as this may slow a package progress. This includes next day air packages!
Although UPS is 99% on time with deliveries when using the transit information below it is not a guaranteed service. We will not issue refunds for late deliveries if you select ground shipping! |

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. Please remember however not all gifts are available to ship to APO and FPO destinations and we do not offer claim service of any kind. You ship these gifts at your own risk. Also, please remember all USPS shipments do take 1-2 extra days to ship out. UPS charges a fee if they have to alter information on a package for delivery. It takes a few weeks for our bill to get here and we do not know what packages incur the fee until we review the bill from UPS. There is an address verifying tool you can use on www.usps.com, look for the Find a Zip Code link. If you enter your shipping address minus the zip code it will tell you if the address street or apt numbers are all correct. 1 minute could save you $10 and a delay in the delivery of your package.When UPS notifies us we notify you and charge your credit card at that time. Cancelling a package or Re-routing a package: If you ship a package and need to change the address once it has been shipped this is called a package Intercept by UPS. The fee is $12 and the intercept is not guaranteed although UPS 98% of the time is able to accommodate this. If UPS fails the fee will not be applied. If you ship to a hotel, hospital or temporary address and the recipient is moved before delivery, and a delivery is made to the location the recipient is no longer at, there is a fee for UPS picking the item up and sending to another location.
