One Year Limited Warranty
All jewelry purchased from gifts-flowers-giftbaskets.com is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, gifts-flowers-giftbaskets.com , at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 or 10% of the item’s cost (whichever is greater) will be charged to the customer.
