2. How long until I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days for items we have in stock and 4 to 6 weeks for products coming from New Zealand.
GIFT BASKETS AND GIFTS
We have a variety of shipping methods ranging from Standard Ground Delivery ( Please allow 5 days for grond delivery) to Standard Overnight Delivery. Our gifts are shipped via FedEx and UPS.
While we suggest you allow 2 -3 business days for us to process your order, we try to offer same day shipping Mon-Fri, cutoff is 2pm PST. During holidays cutoff times are extended, please allow for this.
Note that most of our products cannot be "bundled" for shipping.
Please be sure to upgrade your shipping methods if you have any delivery time constraints.
Please be sure to read all shipping information carefully, you will find that various product types have different shipping concerns.
For example: Bonsai trees are live plants. They are not shipped over the weekend because they cannot be allowed to he held unattended in a warehouse over the weekend to be delivered on Monday. For this reason, our shipping options ensure that our Bonsai trees arrive in the best of health. We recommend Bonsai trees be shipped overnight.
FLOWERS AND BALLOONS
In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of exotic arrangements or fruit baskets.
Floral arrangements and balloon bouquets are hand-delivered to your gift recipient's home or office.
They can be delivered the same day you place your order, if you order by 2:00 PM in your recipient's time zone, Monday through Friday. If you are ordering for a same day Saturday delivery your order should be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
Sunday delivery is available in most areas if the order is placed before 10:00 AM in the recipient's time zone. If we are unable to process your order for Sunday delivery we will contact you by phone and e-mail to arrange for an alternate delivery date. Same day delivery is guaranteed Monday through Friday if the order is placed before our cutoff time of 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, and Saturdays if placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
Delivery to very rural areas may not be possible at any time.
The physical street address of the recipient's home or workplace is required; a post office box number is not acceptable.
For delivery to hospitals, please include recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. For patients in critical care, floral arrangements, fruit baskets or balloons may not be permissible. Telephone the hospital before ordering to inquire about their policies.
When ordering funeral flowers, please include the name of the deceased as well as the funeral home to prevent any confusion in delivery.
The recipient's telephone number is required for possible address verification and to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
If no one is there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the arrangement, or will attempt delivery at a later time.
In the case of holidays, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order early to ensure delivery on or before the holiday (above restrictions apply).
We cannot deliver to airports.
Currently we are unable to track hand-delivered orders. To verify delivery of a hand-delivered product, please contact customer service.
The service charge per item for balloon bouquets and floral arrangements is $9.95.
FRUIT BASKETS
Most Fruit Baskets are available for same day Monday through Saturday if ordered before 1:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
In some locations we may need 24 hours for delivery of fruit baskets.
All items above apply to the delivery of fruit baskets.
Currently we are unable to track hand-delivered orders. To verify delivery of a hand-delivered product, please contact customer service.
The service charge per item for fruit baskets is $10.95 without alcohol, $11.95 with alcohol.
HANDBAGS
We ship worldwide and use USPS as our primary courier (UPS is used in some instances). Most orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same day, provided that it is a business day. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be provided. A signature is required upon delivery on all orders for your protection and ours.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks Paypal and Money Orders. If you are not comfortable giving credit card details over the internet, you can call or fax in your details.

10. What are the Rules for entering the WIN Roses

Winners are placed in our “Winner’s Circle” and will be emailed notification of winning.
You may email a request for winners.
Please complete the ballot in full as all information is required to claim your prize.
Winners may send one dozen Mixed Roses to destinations in the United States or Canada that are overnight serviceable by overnight delivery service. Prizes can be shipped to arrive Tuesday to Friday (excluding holidays).
You will be on our customer mailing list. To unsubscribe reply to this Email with remove in the subject line. We promptly remove all requests. Email addresses are not sold or published.

13. What is your return policy ?
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, trees, balloons, and some gift baskets) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department for our product return mailing address. You must include a copy of your original invoice with the return.

14. Do you make substitutions?
We do not substitute any Tiffany Lauren skin care products, handbags, jewelry or NZ Knitwear.
We make every effort to ensure that flowers we feature on our pages are in season and available. In some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as exotic, or tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. Gifts Flowers gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value.
Because of the popularity of some floral arrangementsand gift baskets, Gifts Flowers Gift baskets must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and other decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style. In the case of our not having a colored vase available, we will most often substitute with a clear glass vase, adding a bow to represent the color of the pictured vase.
