PLEASE NOTE: UPS DO NOT CONSIDER WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS as a transit day or a shipping day.
Please plan accordingly when ordering your items! UPS does not reimburse late shipments due to weather conditions , bad addresses provided by customers as this may slow a package progress. This includes next day air packages!
No discounts or refunds will be offerred for late deliveries on orders placed after the daily shipping cut off, orders placed on holidays or weekends or orders with incorrect delivery information.
Use this UPS shipping map to help determine how long it should take for your gift to arrive. When determining shipping time the day your items ships IS NOT A TRANSIT date do not calculate that when determining time.
Please note that during Christmas UPS does not guarantee the ground transit times below & our same day shipping is no longer guaranteed after the 15th of December so please plan accordingly and call if you need help in deciding the best way to ship your gift.
Example of calculating transit time:
• Before 2 PM (EST) on Monday the 11th an order is placed shipping to Ohio • Viewing the color coded map Ohio takes 2 days • It will ship today Monday. 1st transit day is Tuesday, 2nd transit date is Wednesday it will arrive on Wednesday. • Ups does not consider the ship day a transit day.****If you select our ground shipping please note that ground deliveries are not guaranteed by us or UPS. Although UPS is 99% on time with deliveries when using the transit information below it is not a guaranteed service. We will not issue refunds for late deliveries if you select ground shipping!

UPS does not offer any refunds on gifts delivered late due to adverse weather conditions or bad address information. Late deliveries do not justify full refunds or complete credits. In the event a gift is delivered late a partial refund may be due. When an item is refused or returned a 20% restocking fee will apply. No exceptions.
Express shipping cost
If our free ground shipping will not deliver your gift soon enough please choose an express shipping option. Express shipping methods may be selected at checkout and are in addition to the cost of the gift basket.
Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico transit times and shipping costs are not included in the ground shipping or transit times below as they are sent through the post office.
*Note: Normal delivery days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday or Holidays
Saturday delivery is only available by special request.
Normal next day air service is Monday through Friday
The information in this section is directly from the www.ups.com website. This is solely for the purpose of educating our customers on why our shipping policies are what they are. Why do we charge $10 for bad address information?
APO/AFO/PO BOX Shipping
UPS charges a fee if they have to alter information on a package for delivery. It takes a few weeks for our bill to get here and we do not know what packages incur the fee until we review the bill from UPS. There is an address verifying tool you can use on www.usps.com, look for the Find a Zip Code link. If you enter your shipping address minus the zip code it will tell you if the address street or apt numbers are all correct. 1 minute could save you $10 and a delay in the delivery of your package. When UPS notifies us we notify you and charge your credit card at that time.
Cancelling a package or Re-routing a package: If you ship a package and need to change the address once it has been shipped this is called a package Intercept by UPS. The fee is $12 and the intercept is not guaranteed although UPS 98% of the time is able to accommodate this. If UPS fails the fee will not be applied.
If you ship to a hotel, hospital or temporary address and the recipient is moved before delivery, and a delivery is made to the location the recipient is no longer at, there is a fee for UPS picking the item up and sending to another location. The fee is $12.00

We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk. When shipping to any and all Military bases the proper zip and address format are:

Standardized APO/FPO Shipping
As of March 1, 2009 all APO and FPO shipping will be standardized to the following prices:
All AE shipments $18.95
All FPO, AP/AA shipments $21.95
Please remember however not all gifts are available to ship to APO and FPO destinations and we do not offer claim service of any kind. You ship these gifts at your own risk. Also, please remember all USPS shipments do take 1-2 extra days to ship out.
Shipping rates will be calculated with gift selection
International, PO Boxes & Military Destinations
We happily ship via USPS to nearly all International destinations, PO Boxes, and all Military addresses. Shipping to these destinations is not covered by our free shipping promotion and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of your gft. Shipping to these destinations takes1 additional day to ship out and will take 3-5 business days to arrive via the US Postal Service. If you need any assistance at all with this informatin please do call us.
APO/AE destinations is an additional $18.95
FPO destinatins is an additional $21.95
PO Box destinations is an additional $12.50
Most Canadian destinations are an additional $24.50
Alaska and Hawaii are an additional $26.50

How will my gift be packaged?
We do everything possible to ensure your gifts arrive to the recipients in perfect condition. Each gift is hand made, and wrapped in shrink wrap, topped with a handmade bow and wrapped with tissue paper before being placed in a box. We then pack your gifts into heavy duty cardboard boxes and place plenty of packing materials around it to eliminate shifting during transport. We also put large, red "Fragile" and "Please handle with care" stickers on all our boxes to ensure it isn't mishandled. Our goal is for your gift to arrive looking just as beautiful when it arrives as it did when it left our hands.
How will I know when my gift has shipped?
After we have shipped your order you will receive an email shipping notification which will include any tracking information.
What if I do not receive an email notification?
This may mean you did not fill in your e-mail address correctly or not at all. It may also be because you requested a delivery date in the future. If you are not sure please call us toll free at 845 796 0261 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you.
How will I know when my gift arrives?
Once you receive your tracking number you can track your gift on-line or by calling the delivery service toll free. You may reach UPS Toll free at 800-742-5877 or Federal express toll free at 800-463-3339. You may also call us at 845 796 0261 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you.
Where do you ship?
Currently we offer shipping within the United States, to all APO, FPO and PO Boxes and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii and Canada do have higher shipping rates. APO, FPO and PO Boxes do not offer free shipping. These address entries have shipping rates which will be applied. Please call us 845 796 0261 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you with pricing to these regions.
Ship to/ Recipient address information:
It is your responsibility to provide us with complete and accurate delivery information. This should include:
Recipients full first and last name.
Company name. (if applicable)
Street number and street name.
Suite number, apartment number or floor number.
City, state and accurate zip code.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has not yet been picked up by the parcel delivery company we will be happy to assist you with changing/ adding any information to the shipping address. Please call us at 845 796 0261 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you. However, if your gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company we can not change the address. If for some reason you have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery information we will have to contact UPS/FedEx and attempt to correct this. However we can not guarantee this will be possible and there will be a $10.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error.
What if I realize I have not provided complete/ accurrate shipping information?
If you realize for some reason you did not provide us with complete and or accurate delievry information please call us immediately at 845 796 0261 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST and we will do our best to help resolve this issue. However, there will be a $10.00 fee assessed to your credit card for this error. UPS and Fed Ex charge us for any correction which may need to be made to the delivery information. Usually this fee is assessed because of incorrect zip codes being provided so please check your delivery zip code for accuracy prior to placing your order.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
We do apologize but we do not allow cancellation of an order once it has been shipped. However, you may return the gift at your own expense and receive an 80% refund. (A full refund is not offered because we can not reuse any food products found in the gift.)
Can you ship Chocolate and fruit gifts in warm summer months?
During the summer months, we must include ice packs in all our chocolate and perishable fruit gifts. To ensure fresh delivery of fruit and chocolate items we ship: Monday and Tuesday via 2-day or next day, Wednesday 2-day or next day and Thursday overnight shipping. Shipping these gifts on Friday is not possible. Although it is a bit more costly it is the only way to ensure your gifts arrive fresh and in the best possible condition.
Why are the express shipping costs so expensive?
As you look at our shipping and delivery charges please keep in mind our beautiful gifts can sometimes be quite large. Our shipping prices reflect the weight, dimensions and fragile nature of our beautiful gifts. Our goal is for it to arrive looking just as it does in our pictures and for this to be possible we must pack our gifts very well.
After your package has been shipped we will send to you the tracking number for your order.
